1. Overview & Agreement
Welcome to PineHillsWeb Services LLC ("PineHillsWeb," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in, purchasing, or utilizing our web hosting, domain management, website building, or compliance services, you ("Client," "Customer," or "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Hosting Services & Billing Cycles
PineHillsWeb provides managed web hosting and infrastructure services across distinct pricing tiers (Redirect, Basic, Professional, E-Commerce).
- Recurring Billing: Hosting fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected billing cycle.
- One-Time Setup & Build Fees: One-time setup or initial website build fees are invoiced upon project initiation and are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Annual Discounting: Plans selected with Annual Prepay receive a 10% discount and are billed for a 12-month period upfront.
3. Domain Registration & Renewal Policy
Active hosting plans (Basic tier and above) include complimentary annual renewal for one `.com` or standard top-level domain owned by the Client.
- The Client maintains full ownership rights to all domain names registered through or transferred to PineHillsWeb.
- Complimentary domain renewal remains active provided the corresponding hosting account remains in good standing.
- In the event of account cancellation or non-payment, domain renewal obligations revert to the Client.
4. Client Code & Custom Builds
For accounts deploying client-supplied code ("Bring Your Own Code") or custom visual designs:
- The Client warrants that all provided source code, images, trademarks, and media assets do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- PineHillsWeb reserves the right to suspend or remove files that contain security vulnerabilities, malware, or malicious scripts.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Maintenance
We strive to maintain a 99.5% uptime guarantee across our hosting network. Scheduled maintenance windows for critical security updates or database optimization will be communicated in advance whenever feasible.
6. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your hosting subscription at any time by contacting support prior to your next renewal date. Unused portions of pre-paid monthly or annual hosting cycles are non-refundable after 14 days from initial charge.
